Reinforcements appears twice

When I supply planes' reinforcements like admin, in the MP they appear twice in the case "Commission Unit from:" For example I supply 12 x Bf109-E7 airbase XXX, we have two lines:
12 x Bf109-E7 airbase XXX
12 x Bf109-E7 airbase XXX

In the admin reinforcement page, we have only:
12 x Bf109-E7 airbase XXX

There is no error after commiting the reinforcement ( 4 x Bf109-E7 for example) but the two lines still appears:
8 x Bf109-E7 airbase XXX
8 x Bf109-E7 airbase XXX

Do you know where's the mistake? I repeat there's no problem in the campaign after it's just for know

Perhaps you have a duplicate record in the Resupply_Points table?

Thanks 4Shades, the problem was in Resupply_Points table:

Some road and air supply had the same name and same X,Y. (see below) I changed it and it's OK
