Question: recon altitudes

Hi Shades,
Is it possible to "detect" the altitude of a human recon plane, at the moment of smoke triggering, via the SEOW radar log interface?
The idea is that the human recon missions would be much tougher and more challenging if the altitude from which the photo is taken, is actually determining the recon level obtained after the mission in the MP.
Right now, the altitude of the photo is fixed by the planner, and the pilot can fly at any altitude he wishes, the photos will have the efficiency of the one that was planned in the MP.
I think this could be a very exciting feature, should it be possible to implement it.
Keep up the fantastic work!
Cheers!
P.S. I apologize if this topic has been brought up before, I looked a bit
but couldn't find anything.
