I like this one:

Image

It is clear, the image has good contrast. I think the SEOW 7 lettering needs to be much higher contrast and clearer, or removed altogether. Remember, each desktop shortcut icon is provided with application lettering beneath.

The flame icon (previous post) is also a good idea, but the specific example looks a little "lite". I googled "flame" images and there are many there that look realistic and impressive.

Cheers,

Riksen, can you provide the B-17 icon with revised or removed "SEOW 7" text?

I'm completely out of the picture for this last development stage of SEOW, is there any more information when will it be ready for deployment ? two weeks still or possibly even less at this stage ?

cheers

How about this cover for the icon? I think it really captures the moment but I can envision your concerns with copyright laws shaping up.

I think the guy on the ground would be happy to see he made a lasting contribution.

The Soviets lost 6, 4, 4 and 1.2 tanks for every German tank lost for the years 1942, 1943, 1944 and 1945 respectively.

This one is also good:

Personally I think the burning Tiger encapsulates the overall psychological ebb and flow...
