Default Army Units for Philippines, or Banners

Hi everyone,
Before I release the next SEOW patch, I need/would like the following:
1. Default Army_Units records for the Philippines. I don't need many, just enough "V", "A", "T", "E" class divisions/regiments on the Allied and Axis sides to give a reasonable order of battle for routine campaigning.
2. Specific banner images to be used in the MP for the following sectors:
English Channel
Fortress Malta
France
Khalkhin Gol
Kyushu
Manchuria
Marianas
North Sea
Oslo
Ostfriesland
Philippines
Tubruq
If anyone wants to contribute, just pm/post/send your stuff in.
