Pilot Report Icon not Loading

Hey Guys,

I know this is likely a simple issue. I am working on an MP that seems to be functional - I have initialized several trial templates, generated a mission , etc.
I was trying to post a Pilot Report. The mechanism seems to function fine , but the Binocular Icon does not show up - only a white X on a black box.

Suggestions ?

A simple refresh solved the issue.
