I was able to advance the clock, when I uncheck the "Calculate Idle Supply Consumption" but now I get a Missing TF Speed warning related to task force LVIII Panzer Korp.

I have no idea what's going on ....

Never mind guys ... The problem is due to some charcaters not being accepted into the unit's name (in this case i used Jäger) so the generated unit was not included in the 02 column Task Force. After changing the name to jager it worked fine ...
